Delete your Knapsack account

If you have a Knapsack account, you can delete it at any time. Deletion is permanent: your profile and associated personal data will be removed or anonymized in accordance with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Delete in the Knapsack Travel app

  1. Open the Knapsack Travel app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile (or your account tab).
  3. Open Settings, then Account.
  4. Choose Delete account and follow the prompts to confirm.

If your app navigation uses different labels, use the in-app account or privacy settings screen where account deletion is offered—this page will be updated if those labels change.

Need help?

If you cannot complete deletion in the app (for example, you have lost access), email support@knapsck.com with the subject line "Account deletion request" and the email address associated with your account. We will verify ownership and process your request.
